Thiag brings over 15 years of Information Technology business experience to organizations. He has partnered with a wide range of industries, while providing vision, tools and resources that contribute to growth, innovation and revitalization. Thiag carries a customer first attitude and recognizes that every client is unique. His ability to understand customer needs and address them with industry leading solutions has been key to successful partnerships with clients. He has been instrumental in turning many failed Business Intelligence deployments into successful Centers of Excellence by helping customers realize the power of information.

Scott VandeVoorde
Executive Vice President - Consulting & delivery
With 10 years in IT, Scott brings a wealth of proven business and technology leadership across multiple industries. Previously, Scott was a lead in release Management for Fifth Third, where he directed application development and deployment methodologies. Scott successfully leads, manages and oversees some of Kalvin Consulting's largest turnkey Business Intelligence implementations.
